INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour type “00”, whole chicken eggs, sugar, whole wheat flour, butter, figs, sunflower oil, hazelnuts, mixed seeds (wheat flakes, sesameseeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds), PGI cooked wine (contains sulphites), ammonium bicarbonate, citrus fruits.

The product is characterised by a hazelnut colour with superficial glaze and medium olfactory intensity with strong notes of cereals and hazelnuts combined with hints of butter, figs and wine. The taste is medium salty, slightly sweet, with good crunchiness and medium aromatic persistence.
