CUORE DI GRANO
Cuore di Grano is an artisanal company, opened in 2000, whose owner comes from a century-old generation of bakers. The staff specialises in the preparation of fresh pasta, rustic pizzas, take-away deli food, cold buffets and fresh pastries.

80 G LOAF
The bread is characterised by a hazelnut colour and good alveolation of the crumb. The medium olfactory intensity is characterised by notes of wheat combined with hints of yeast and roasted scents. The taste is medium sweet, slightly salty and with a light sour note. The crust is quite crunchy and the crumb soft, with a medium aromatic persistence.
