Jubilee Bread is conceived as a tangible symbol of sharing, simplicity and quality, a gift from Rome's bakers to pilgrims visiting the Eternal City.

The bread is made in the shape of a loaf or ciabatta using wheat flour type "2" - from Lazio mills - water, salt and mother yeast. It is available in different sizes packed in a customised paper bag.
