PANARIUM 1970
The business began in the 1940s with Vittorio, a young baker and supplier to the Quirinale during the war. In 1970 he opened his first workshop, starting a family tradition that continued with his son Luigi and the opening of the historic bakery in the Flaminio district in 1982. With the expansion of the 1990s and the involvement of the third generation in 2004, the company consolidated its commitment to artisanal bread making. Since 2018, production has moved to the modern premises on Via Ferruzzano, in the Osteria del Curato area. For over 80 years, the company has combined experience, innovation and quality to offer authentic products every day, with care for details.

80 G CIABATTA
The bread is characterised by the shape of a crossed round ciabatta, a dark brown colour with a dusting of flour on the surface and good alveolation of the crumb. The medium olfactory intensity is characterised by pronounced notes of wheat and yeast combined with roasted scents. The taste is medium salty, slightly sweet, and with a slight sour and bitter note. The crust is crunchy and the crumb soft, with a high aromatic persistence.
