Wheat flour type “00”, butter, water, eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese (ewe’s milk, salt, rennet), sugar, natural yeast, dried tomatoes, egg yolks, salt, sunflower lecithin, extra virgin olive oil, malt flour, honey, Pantelleria oregano, black pepper.

On the surface: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, eggs.

The product is characterised by a beige colour with the presence of seeds on the surface and a high olfactory intensity with strong notes of dried tomatoes, cheese, butter and oregano combined with hints of cereals and pepper. The taste is medium salty, slightly spicy and with good softness and medium aromatic persistence.
