Naturally smoked with beech wood.

The product is characterised by a pale garnet colour with evidence of spices, medium notes of seasoned meat and aromatic herbs (fennel, savory and nepeta). The taste is medium salty, slightly sweet and sour, with a light bitter note and medium spiciness, and with medium aromatic persistence.
